The platform provides tools including:
- Ingredient and recipe management with cost tracking.
- Product costing with gross profit (GP%) calculations.
- Pricing analysis and cost snapshots.
- Subscription-based access to advanced features.
- Admin tools for managing users, plans, and platform settings.

👤 User Accounts

To use the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

💳 Subscriptions & Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.

You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

Your business data (ingredients, products, recipes, and costing information) remains your property. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Cost calculations and pricing suggestions provided by the platform are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying all figures before making business decisions.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
